Ben Nelson
CEO

Ben is the CEO of Bay Area Manufactured Homes (BAM Homes).  Ben builds people first, homes second.  He is a passionate leader, dedicated to creating relationships that last with BAM Homes’ team members, clients, and partners.  Ben’s experience began over fifteen years ago in the real estate / construction industry as an entry-level property researcher for a real estate investment company.  Along the way, he realized that if he was going to be a part of a company that treated people the right way, he could not leave that authority in others’ hands.  He began his first company in 2018 and has not looked back.  If you are passionate about taking care of people, ask Ben how to “Be a Builder.”
