Ben Nelson
CEO
Ben is the CEO of Bay Area Manufactured Homes (BAM Homes). Ben builds people first, homes second. He is a passionate leader, dedicated to creating relationships that last with BAM Homes’ team members, clients, and partners. Ben’s experience began over fifteen years ago in the real estate / construction industry as an entry-level property researcher for a real estate investment company. Along the way, he realized that if he was going to be a part of a company that treated people the right way, he could not leave that authority in others’ hands. Brett Olsen
COO
Brett has a deep passion for homebuilding that began during his time as a Construction Management major at Fresno State. His career kicked off in 2001 with KB Home in Sacramento, where he gained hands-on experience in everything from purchasing and warranties to managing construction projects. By 2007, Brett became a licensed General Contractor and launched his own business, working closely with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency on restoring Section-8 homes.
In 2011, Brett and his family moved to Vallejo, where he joined Blu Homes and led production and construction teams on multimillion-dollar custom prefab projects throughout the Bay Area. His next role, with Villa Homes beginning in 2020, saw him managing site development and installing manufactured homes across the North and East Bay regions.
Now, as part of BAM Homes, Brett brings his expertise in site development, custom homes, and manufactured home installation to the team, continuing his commitment to creating exceptional homes for families in the Bay Area.
