This process can take a few months for a simple manufactured home community installation or up to a year for a single-family home project.
BAM Homes’ building facilities can usually build a home from start to finish in about 6-7 days. However, several factors can affect how long the entire home construction process may take, such as fixture and finish selections, the current demand at that specific building facility, or the site construction / development timeline.
Yes, BAM Homes allows you to personalize your new home with options like flooring, countertops, cabinet colors, paint colors, and built-in features. You’ll also be able to select Floor Plan configurations like an additional Bedroom, different Kitchen or Bathroom layouts, and flex spaces.

All new BAM Homes have a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects and workmanship, which begins on the day the home is delivered. Many appliance manufacturers also have warranties that will cover your appliances, subject to registration and appliance manufacturer conditions.
